What is NuOhm?
NuOhm is a supplement and wellness brand based in Bisbee, Arizona, operated by PaperBagged LLC. Not having a good selection of supplements and beauty products in our small mountain town was frustrating, so we set out to offer products built on time-tested ingredients at a price that does not treat looking after yourself as a luxury.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot currently deliver to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), so please give a street address at checkout. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum and no code needed.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually picked and packed within 2–3 business days, and delivery normally takes a further 3–9 business days depending on where you are — so most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of being placed. Those are estimates rather than guarantees — once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is out of our hands. We email a tracking number as soon as it ships, and you can check any order in your account at any time.
How do subscriptions work, and how do I cancel?
Choose Subscribe & Save on any product and it reorders automatically on the schedule you pick, at a discount, so you never run out. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can pause, change or cancel at any time in Account → Subscriptions, which shows your next renewal date — no phone call, no waiting on anyone. Cancel before that date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future charges but does not recall an order already placed, which is still covered by the 30-day guarantee.
What is your guarantee and return policy?
Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number. That holds even if you have opened the product and used most of it — you cannot know whether a supplement suits you without trying it. In most cases we refund without asking for it back, because a returned supplement cannot be resold and we would rather you did not pay to post it.
